Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We offer free shipping to all customers in the United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico which are considered as international shipping) for orders over $69. All orders under $69 will be charged a flat fee of $6.99 for shipping. Currently, we ship to US only (the lower 48).

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt and shipped via the carrier of our choice. Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for some reason you need to return it, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@natura-toys.com, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and the item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
